INCREASED ONLINE DONATIONS BY 700% WITHIN 1 YEAR

The Digital Muse partnered with PRHFoundation.com to completely revamp their website and help stimulate more online donations. By focusing on removing potential barriers for donors (like clutter, lack of understanding and creating more calls-to-action) we helped improve online donations by over $200,000 within one year.

 

The really fascinating part of this Case Study is that the site traffic remained the same: their team stuck with what they were doing with social media and newsletters and we saw a 700% increase in donations from that same traffic (increasing conversion and donation rates).

HealthyRoutes.ca is a Counselling and Mentorship service for families in the Ottawa, ON area. We worked with them to update the way they were communicating and delivering their services so it was better understood and valued by their target audience.

Over the course of a year we met with their management team on a bi-weekly basis for Strategy & Development Calls where we focused on identifying opportunities, applying new theories and executing them quickly (through web, copywriting and campaign development). Within a year we had seen Healthy Routes conversion rate, and annual revenue increase by over 5x.
